Valencia Clipper-Davis CEO/Founder
Chairman of the Board and CEO Valencia Clipper-Davis began the Organization
in 2007. She is a mother to 5 birth children, one nephew and one god-daughter that she is raising as well as to many
others. She has served in many capacities with local charitable and service organizations and has dedicated her life
to helping children and their families.

Barbara is a Board Member of Valuable Blessings, a true leader and a great mentor.
Barbara's passion for networking and marketing led her to Valuable Blessings to achieve the goals of helping our children

Assistant to CEO
Janice
is a recent graduate of Prince George’s Community College with an A.S. Degree in Computer Science. She is a full time
contractor for The Department of Homeland Security as well as a full time bachelor degree seeking student @ The University
of Maryland University College majoring in Cyber security with a minor in psychology. She first came on
as a volunteer with Valuable Blessings, Inc. in 2008 as a Tutor and has since been promoted to Program Leader for the Tutoring
Program as well as the personal assistant to the CEO/FOUNDER MRS. VALENCIA CLIPPER-DAVIS. Janice has enjoyed the professional
& personal growth throughout her tenure with VB and looks forward to her future growth and the challenges that lay ahead.

DionndraPrescott
Executive Director Of Administration A Valuable
Blessings, Inc Board Member and a native of Washington, D.C. and current resident of Temple Hills, MD, Dionndra presently
serves as the Executive Director of Administration for Valuable Blessings, Inc. She received her Bachelor of Music from Fisk
University (Nashville, TN) in 2004 and later matriculated to Eastern Michigan (Ypsilanti, MI), where she was granted her Master
of Arts degree in 2006 in the concentrated area of music/vocal performance.Having a passion to work with the youth (in and outside
the PG County area)
Dionndra is
highly involved in her church as a Youth Praise & Worship Director, as well as, a mentor for individuals who are seeking
assistance in furthering their education on a collegiate level. She wholeheartedly feels that God has placed her on this earth
to aid others in any capacity-and in order to fulfill her call of duty from the Lord, she must first allow God to reveal the
need (s) and secondly, seek God to allow her to provide a way for the need(s) to be met/accomplished. As a God fearing woman,
Dionndra continuously stays goal-driven and spiritually uplifted with the following two scriptures, “I can do all things
through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13) and “Now unto him who is able to do exceedingly, abundantly
above all that we ask or think” (Ephesians 3:20).
Colette Winston
Mentor (DWP) Colette is a mentor withValuable Blessings, Inc. Her Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature at the University
of Maryland, College Park, and currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Communications has helped her develop a perceptive mind
and has afforded her the ability to research and write coherently on a wide range of subjects. She feels giving back to her
community is important because there is no better feeling than knowing you have positively impacted or changed someone’s
life. She believes due to all the opportunities and privileges she has been afforded, it is her responsibility to help those
who have less.
LondonPickett
Executive Assistant/Mentor (DWP) London is the Executive Assistant
for Valuable Blessings, Inc. as well as a Mentor. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Howard University.
New to the DMV area she is excited to begin to positively give back to her community. You

TyroneDavisBey
Program Leader/Mentor (Man2Man) Tyrone is a native Washingtonian. He attended
both Washington and P.G. County Public Schools. He received his G.E.D. in 1990 and obtained an A.A. Degree in Human Services
from the Community College Of Baltimore. He had struggles and problems as a youth, but as an adult has been productive in
most aspects of his life. Mr. Davis-Bey has been a Chairman for a Non-Profit Organization for some time and performed various
youth enrichment programs and activities. He is a profound advocate of youth progress. An advid athlete, chess and scrabble
player. His methods are unconventional regarding at-risk youth. He believes in “REASONED STRAIGHT " as opposed
to the conventional " SCARED STRAIGHT " method of altering one's deviant behavior. His Motto...........PRODUCED

Program Leader/Mentor (DWP) Kelly is a Mentor for Valuable Blessings,
Inc. She has been a paralegal who has worked in various legal settings for over 10 years. She is also a student
at Strayer University where she is working towards her Masters in Business Management so that she can achieve her lifetime
goal of owning her own business. Due to her love for children she believes it is her duty to work to make a difference
in the lives of the children she comes in contact with. To Kelly success is not what you have but what you give

CharlesBrown
ActivityCoordinator /Mentor(Man2Man) A native of Washington, DC and currently resides in Capitol Heights, MD. He has a strong passion for
living life to its fullest and in his free time, he finds ways to give back to his community, travel, write and perform, participate
in extreme outdoor activities, and spend time with family and friends. He has dedicated his life to the betterment of minority
youth and families and exposing them to experiences that they normally may not be privileged to. He prides himself on his
creative approaches to education, team building, and character development. He is a graduate of Hampton University with a
Bachelors in Sociology and plans to pursue a Masters in Criminology. Mr. Charles has over six years experience with overseeing
and developing school-age and teen programs and, at the age of 26, he stands as the Program Coordinator for a community center
here in Prince George's County, MD.

Cliff
is a 26 year old recent graduate of The University of Maryland Eastern Shore where he obtained a bachelor degree in Sociology.
He plans to further his education in the near future by working on obtaining his MSW (Master in Social Work) at Howard
University. Cliff was born on July 8, 1985 at Washington Hospital Center in Washington DC. Cliff has always wanted to give
back to others in some way; he had dreams of becoming a doctor, teacher, principle and a musical talent scout but as
he grew he found his true passion as a Social Worker. He plans on working hard so that one day he can own his own agency with
a direct focus on Social Work. A few of Cliff's hobbies are going to amusement parks, camping, hiking/nature walks, going
to museums, and singing. Cliff has a passion for music he has been singing all his life. He has sang in his church choirs,
school choirs, and now sings back up for local artist Phillip Carter and Sounds Of Victory.
JaleesaNewsome
Program Assistant (EOM) Mentor (DWP) Jaleesa is a recent graduate of
Towson University where she obtained a B.S. in Sport Management with a Business Administration minor. She
was born in Washington, DC and has lived in Prince Georges County her entire life. She enjoys sports and
spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys working with youth. She has
done volunteer work with the Baltimore Rescue Mission, Project Lean On Us, and Ivorian Hope Charities. She

LyonSingleton
Mentor (Man2Man) Lyon
was born in Washington D.C., but grew up in Lanham, MD. Lyon is employed as a MA/Security officer with the National Art museum
which provides unique opportunities to meet interesting people from all over the world; he attended Liberty University in
Lynchburg, VA for approximately two years as a music major. His goal is to return to school and complete his
Bachelor's degree. Lyon has been blessed with musical abilities, which he is currently sharing wherever he
has the privilege to minister in song. In addition to that he is currently working on producing a CD. Lyon is pleased
to share his life's lessons as a mentor, helping boys, and young men reach their full potential.
AmandaPendleton
Event Planner Amanda is the Event Planner for Valuable Blessings,
Inc. She is a graduate of Marymount University with a Bachelors in Business and Human Resources.
Amanda has a real estate and government career path and has owned her own business since 2002. She has been actively
serving in her community for 10+ years for several national and local organizations and loves event planning
from A to Z.

IanPegram
Mentor (Man2Man) Ian was born in Washington, D.C. and has lived most of his life in Prince
Georges County. He is currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Information Systems and Sciences at Morgan State University.
Afterwards, he plans on attending graduate school to obtain a masters in Business Administration. Ian has great
listening skills and is always willing to lend a helping hand.
